Managing Your Product Catalog
How to edit, organize, and update your products on Homeform.
Your product catalog on Homeform should stay current with your actual inventory, pricing, and availability.
Editing products
From the Brand dashboard, go to Products and click any product to edit it. Update pricing, images, URLs, and the Visualize Prompt at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
Sorting and featuring products
Use the Sort Order field to control how products appear in your brand storefront. Set a product's sort order to 1 to feature it at the top.
Add to Visualize
Products with 'Add to Visualize' enabled appear in the product selector that users see before generating. Keep this enabled for your hero products and best-selling SKUs.
Review your Visualize Prompts regularly — improving the prompts on your top products is the single highest-impact change you can make to increase how often they appear in user-generated images.
