Pro Account Plans
Overview of Pro account tiers — Individual, Business, and Studio.
A Pro account gives you a professional presence on Homeform — a public profile, discovery placement, a lead inbox, and tools for client work. Pro accounts are separate from token subscriptions.
Getting a Pro account
Go to homeform.ai/upgrade-to-pro and select the Pro path. Choose your plan tier, then select your profession type (Architect, Interior Designer, Contractor, Construction Company, or Landscaping Company). You'll be taken through checkout and then directly to your Pro dashboard.
Plan tiers
- Individual ($39/month) — professional profile, discovery placement, basic analytics, client-shareable project links, inquiry form for homeowners
- Business ($79/month) — everything in Individual, plus firm profile, priority placement, lead inbox, business analytics, up to 5 team members, materials packages
- Studio ($199/month) — everything in Business, plus unlimited team members, white-label client sharing, bulk project management
Profession types
Your profession type determines how your profile appears in Find a Pro and which tools are highlighted in your dashboard. Interior Designers get access to the Room Style marketplace creation tools. Architects and Construction Companies have home model visualization features. Contractors and Landscaping Companies get proposal and service area tools.
Pro account subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime from the Membership tab in your Pro dashboard.
