Cart & Checkout
How to add products to your cart and complete a purchase through Homeform.
Products from brands with a storefront on Homeform can be purchased directly without leaving the app. The cart persists across sessions and is stored locally on your device.
Adding to cart
Open any product from the catalog and click "Add to cart". The product detail panel closes automatically and the cart drawer slides in from the right. If the product has variants, select one first — the variant name and variant-specific price carry through to the cart.
The cart drawer
The cart shows each item with its image, name, selected variant (if any), price, and a quantity control. Use the + and − buttons to adjust quantity, or the trash icon to remove an item. The subtotal updates in real time.
Checking out
Click "Checkout" to proceed. You'll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page showing each product and selected variant. Complete payment with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. A 2.9% platform transaction fee is added to all orders.
After checkout
Once payment is confirmed, an order record is created in your account. Each brand in the order receives a fulfillment notification and ships their items directly to your address. Order history is accessible from your account dashboard.
Not all products are available for direct purchase. Products without a "Add to cart" button link out to the brand's own website instead.
You can add multiple variants of the same product as separate line items — useful for ordering the same fixture in two different finishes.
