Managing Your Billing

How to update payment details, view invoices, and cancel your subscription.

All billing for Homeform subscriptions is handled securely through Stripe. You can manage everything from the billing portal without contacting support.

Opening the billing portal

Click your avatar in the top right, open Account, and click "Manage subscription". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices, and change or cancel your plan.

Pro and Brand billing

Pro and Brand account billing is managed separately from token subscriptions. Go to your Pro dashboard (Membership tab) or Brand dashboard (Membership tab) and click "Manage billing" to access the Stripe portal for that account.

Canceling your subscription

In the billing portal, click "Cancel plan". Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period — you keep full access and your remaining tokens until then.

Viewing invoices

Past invoices are available in the billing portal under "Billing history". Each invoice is downloadable as a PDF for expense reporting.
