Refining Your Visualization
How to iterate, adjust settings, and improve your generated images.
Homeform gives you a set of controls to refine each visualization — changing the lighting, camera angle, framing, and quality level without re-uploading your photo.
Follow-on edits
After generating an image, you can make a follow-on edit by changing your prompt and generating again. Homeform uses your original uploaded photo as the source, so the structure of the space stays consistent while the style or products change.
Camera angle
The camera angle setting controls the perspective of the generated visualization. Options include straight-on, wide angle, corner view, and bird's eye. Changing the camera angle can dramatically improve how a space reads.
Daylight & lighting
- Morning — soft warm light from a low angle, golden tones
- Afternoon — bright neutral light, high contrast
- Evening — warm ambient light, soft shadows
- Overcast — diffused light, even tones, no harsh shadows
- Interior lighting — artificial warm light, suited for interior rooms
Aspect ratio
Aspect ratio controls the shape of the generated image. 16:9 is best for wide exterior shots and landscape views. 1:1 (square) works well for rooms and focused shots. 4:3 is a balanced middle ground.
Try Overcast lighting for room visualizations — it produces even tones and shows material colors most accurately.
