I didn't receive a verification email
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go to the sign-in page and request a new verification email. Make sure you're checking the same email address you signed up with.
I can't sign in
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check spam or contact support.
My profile settings aren't saving
Make sure you're connected to the internet when saving changes. On iPhone, Safari's strict privacy settings can occasionally block the save — try enabling cookies for homeform.ai in your Safari settings.
My state and county keep resetting
Set your location in the yard flow sidebar and tap Save. Your location is saved to your profile and will persist across sessions. If it keeps resetting, make sure you're signed in when saving.
