Resolving subscription, token balance, and payment problems.

Here are common token and billing issues and how to resolve them.

I subscribed but tokens aren't showing

Token grants are processed automatically after payment confirmation. If your balance shows 0 after subscribing, try refreshing the page — it usually resolves within a few seconds. If the issue persists after a few minutes, contact support with your subscription confirmation email.

My Pro or Brand dashboard isn't showing the right plan

Sign out and sign back in to force a session refresh. If the plan still appears incorrect, check the Membership tab in your dashboard — if the status shows anything other than "active", contact support at hello@homeform.ai.

Payment failed

Open your dashboard → Membership → Manage billing to update your payment method. After updating, your subscription will retry automatically within 24 hours.

I was charged twice

If you see two subscription charges, contact support immediately at hello@homeform.ai with your email address. We'll identify the duplicate and issue a refund.
