What is a token?
Tokens are the unit of rendering. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance — additional tokens can be purchased à la carte at any time.
How does the Room Style marketplace work for designers?
Designers apply to become a Homeform Creator, build a Room Style using products from our catalog, and publish it to the marketplace. When a user purchases the style ($79), Homeform takes 30% ($24) and the designer nets $55.
What's the difference between User plans and Pro plans?
User plans are about AI render credits — tokens you spend to generate visualizations. Pro plans are about your professional presence on Homeform: a profile page, discovery placement, lead inbox, and client tools. They're separate and independent.
How does the brand wholesale pricing model work?
You set both a retail price (what the homeowner pays) and a wholesale price (your payout per sale). Homeform requires a minimum 10% spread. The wider your spread, the higher your visibility score — which translates directly to catalog placement across 5 tiers: Base, Standard, Enhanced, Premium, and Spotlight.
Can any brand list on Homeform?
Yes. Any brand with products in the home industry can apply. The Starter plan ($49/month) gets you listed and discoverable with up to 25 SKUs. The Brand plan ($149/month) enables direct purchase, analytics, and unlimited SKUs.
Is there a long-term contract for any plan?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
