Introducing Brand Subscriptions

Any brand with home products can now list on Homeform. Here's what brand plans include, how wholesale pricing works, and what's coming next.


Starting today, any brand with products in the home industry can list on Homeform. No gatekeeping, no curation waitlist. If you make or sell home products, you belong in the catalog.

Three tiers, built for different scales

We designed the brand plans to work for a one-person ceramics studio and a national manufacturer alike.

  • Starter ($49/mo): Brand profile in the catalog, discoverable by homeowners, basic analytics, up to 25 SKUs
  • Brand ($149/mo): Unlimited SKUs, branded storefront, direct purchase enabled, full analytics dashboard, eligible for AI visualizations
  • Enterprise ($399/mo): Everything in Brand plus bulk catalog import, API access, custom integrations, and dedicated support

How wholesale pricing works

Homeform operates as your wholesale distribution partner. Instead of a commission tacked on top of your price, you set two numbers for each product: the retail price (what the homeowner pays at checkout) and your wholesale price (what Homeform pays you per sale). Homeform earns the spread between the two.

A simple example: you list a pendant light at $200 retail and $160 wholesale. A homeowner buys it through Homeform. You receive $160, Homeform keeps $40. Your margin is locked in before a single sale happens. No percentage surprises at the end of the month.

Wholesale depth determines your visibility

Homeform requires a minimum 10% spread between your retail and wholesale prices. Above that floor, the depth of your wholesale discount is the primary signal that drives your catalog visibility tier: Base, Standard, Enhanced, Premium, and Spotlight.

Brands that extend a stronger wholesale margin to Homeform appear more prominently across the platform: higher in category browse, more frequently in AI renders, and in curated placements across the site. More products in the catalog and better product data also move you up the tiers. Think of it the way you'd think about shelf placement with any retailer. The better the margin relationship, the more prominent the display.

You know your payout before the first sale. Homeform earns by growing the volume.

Products in AI visualizations

Brand plan products are eligible to appear in AI-generated renders. When a homeowner is visualizing a room, exterior, or yard, the AI draws from our catalog, your products included. The Shop This Look panel surfaces them directly after every generation.

This isn't a paid placement. Inclusion is based on category matching and catalog quality. The better your product data (description, imagery, visualize prompt), the more reliably it surfaces.

We're building bulk catalog import via API for Enterprise brands, regional availability matching for landscaping and exterior products, and a full analytics dashboard with impression, click, and order data broken down by product and geography.
